About the Team This role will support our new platform. SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation. SoundOn exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and "do music" their way. Responsibilities: - Support distribution operations by working with product and music teams to set up, monitor, and administrate timed music releases in our system - Oversee the catalog onboarding process with new clients for efficient content and metadata ingestion between clients and off-platform partners - Moderate and enforce on and off-platform operational standards to ensure the successful delivery of client releases - Help troubleshoot and identify any issues involved in the distribution process between clients and distribution partners, ensuring all assets are delivered correctly and deadlines are met for clients and vendors - Communicate and respond to inbound requests from clients, digital service platforms and distribution p...
