RESTAURANT BARISTA | JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY: At Magnolia, the Restaurant Barista is responsible for creating quality beverages and maintaining a clean and comfortable restaurant environment. This position ensures the highest level of customer care to guests by providing exceptional service and assistance . This position works from Magnolia Table in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Assistant Front of House Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities. ESS ENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *Metrics evaluated on Performance Review - Ensure the highest level of guest care, in line with Magnolia’s brand - Greet guests with enthusiasm - Create a variety of high-quality beverages and coffees per Magnolia’s standards and recipes * - Answer questions regarding coffee , cocktai ls, beer, wine and menu items to guests - Maintain stock, cut, and store of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality, and maintain highest quality * - Ensure that the beverage bar is fully stocked and all opening and closing duties are completed * - Prepare and sell menu items by following prescribed recipes and techniques - Polish drinkware to ensure c...
