Roadway Engineering Team Leader

Lochmueller Group is seeking an experienced civil engineering leader, licensed in the State of Illinois or Missouri, to guide both roadway engineering design projects and the team members who deliver them. This position will serve as the Roadway Engineering Team Leader for our Roadway Design group in Edwardsville or St. Louis, providing technical direction, project oversight, and people leadership. About this role: This position will oversee a team of engineers throughout all project phases, ensuring quality and timely delivery of roadway design projects for DOT and local agencies. By promoting teamwork, mentoring junior staff, ensuring timely and quality project delivery, and managing client relationships, you will boost both project success and the firm's reputation and growth in transportation engineering.
