Position Summary: The experienced Customer Service Coordinator with expertise in Major Accounts seeking to advance their career will find what they're looking for with Toshiba America Business Solutions. Your responsibilities will include setting up major account customer information, validating the accuracy of order documents and equipment configurations, performing account reconciliations, preparing billing adjustments, reviewing open and aging installations and updating asset installation details.
