Ihre Aufgaben Your Mission: As part of our aeronautics division, you will bridge the gap between support functions and daily production activities. You’ll help ensure smooth administration, effective resource coordination, and well-structured technical documentation. Your Responsibilities: - Support audit preparation to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations - Assist in the preparation of CFT documentation - Support operational surveillance activities and ensure services meet contract requirements - Prepare presentations and documentation for Progress Review Meetings and monthly follow-ups - Coordinate and manage building and IT access requests - Monitor weekly planning and track employee attendance to ensure operational stability - Assist in validating working hours within the clocking system - Support coordination of technical, material, and human resources for daily operations - Assist in managing purchase orders - Track and analyze Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SQCDPF metrics - Support tracking of employee skills and qualification validation - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through LEAN methodologies - Use Excel / Google Sheets to analyze pe...
