Traffic Engineer Department: Transportation: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: East Brunswick, NJ: Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 / year Description: CME Associates is seeking a Traffic Engineer to join our Traffic & Transportation group in East Brunswick, NJ . This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse mix of traffic engineering projects for State, County, Municipal, and private-sector clients. The Traffic & Transportation team provides traffic analysis, design, study, and review services that directly support land development, infrastructure, and municipal initiatives throughout New Jersey. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with traffic analysis, traffic design, and transportation planning, along with a strong interest in reviewing traffic studies and serving as the municipal Traffic Engineer at Planning and Zoning Board meetings. This position offers a clear growth path, beginning with an estimated 75% production / 25% project management responsibility split, with advancement opportunities through increased project leadership, client-facing responsibilities, and the development of direct report staff.
