Job Description Summary Perform the daily operations of managing the hourly workforce in the test department to safely execute daily operations, meet test schedules, and resolve technical issues that impact test throughput and product quality. This role drives Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) performance by coordinating resources, troubleshooting test equipment and process issues, ensuring standard work adherence, and enabling continuous improvement. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within test covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.
