Who we are looking for Senior Depositary Team Manager Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the Depositary function plays a key leadership role in overseeing investment monitoring, safeguarding client assets, and ensuring robust compliance with regulatory requirements across a diverse portfolio of funds. This role offers an opportunity to shape operational standards, influence policy development, and act as a senior point of contact for clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders. The AVP will drive high quality delivery of oversight activities, strengthen client relationships, and provide subject-matter expertise on investment restrictions, regulatory changes, operational risk, and industry best practice. Experience with derivatives, alternative investment structures, and strong technical and analytical skills will be a distinct advantage.
