SUMMARY: Lead and implement continuous improvement (CI) culture throughout the organization while being responsible for the identification, prioritization, and implementation of CI projects and training. Develop sustainable improvements through engagement of a team- based servant leadership approach, strong technical knowledge, and proper use of continuous improvement tools.
