About the Team The Virtual Preparatory Academy of Arizona is a K-10 tuition-free online public school in the state of Arizona. At VPA Arizona, we empower students to be their best by enabling them to learn in ways that are right for them – using innovative technology at home, at their proper level, and at their own pace. We are currently seeking a Student Success Coach , who manages the delivery and implementation of onboarding, core interventions, and support services for assigned students in accordance with Student Services initiatives and guidelines. Serves as the primary contact for new students and families, communicating frequently and addressing questions or concerns to ensure a strong start to school. This role also provides oversight of educational interventions and supports to targeted student populations to assist with increased engagement, student learning outcomes, and successful completion of school (or grade level standards). Please note – while this is an online school position and all instruction occurs virtually, travel and face to face attendance will be required several times per year to support in person state testing and student events.
