This entry-level position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret technical documentation, and a commitment to high-quality, reliable workmanship. This position will play a crucial role in the production process and contribute to the company’s overall performance in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Attitude (QCDSA). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform mechanical fabrication using hand tools and inspection equipment. Operate within one or more of the following disciplines: – Deburr – Shear – Polish – Saw – Rout Receive cross-training in Assembly, Brake Forming, Heat Treat, Hot/Press Forming, and more.
