Job description
⠀ The Project Controls and Scheduler is accountable to the Contract PGM for overseeing delivery management and coordinating all scheduling activities. The role includes liaising with external training providers, managing the monthly PRC cycle, forecasting, invoicing, contractual meetings, and the management of the central inbox, as well as handling work allocated through the PMO outside of the core platform. The Project Controls and Scheduler reports to the Manager: Integration and Service Delivery and dotted line to the Contract PGM. The Project Controller has responsibility for development and maintenance of the future training schedule, financial elements of the contract (PRC and invoicing), customer liaising and identification of any potential efficiencies in that program.
