Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Boiler Operator Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week; Daytime - Monday to Friday – 8 AM-4:00 PM and emergent night/weekend hours required. Essential Functions: Under direction of the Property Manager, the candidate will perform varied simple and moderately physically strenuous tasks involved in cleaning and maintaining the Association buildings and grounds. The candidate will also run, maintain, and turn off the boiler system. The candidate will assist in making general repairs and maintenance to buildings and/or equipment and other related duties as required.
