The Role Clients: - Develops strong client relationships by providing consistent, strategic advice and leading or supporting client engagements. - Participates in executive reviews and supports reporting and presentation of trends - Actively participates in industry forums contributing content - Actively contributes to client-facing events and supports execution of the marketing plan through developing tailored content People: - Undertakes professional development and recording Continuing Professional Development points - Provides coaching and support to other internal stakeholders - Provides coaching and strategic support to Health Safety Wellbeing Client Executives, building their capability in project delivery, client engagement, and technical knowledge. Supports professional development through informal mentoring and feedback Financials: - Drives revenue opportunities through client relationship management - Reviews project profitability, supporting the implementation of proactive strategies to mitigate risks - Develops proposals that align with business goals and client needs - Participates in new business tenders - Accurately record leads in D365 to track new business opportu...
