Senior AI Tech Lead Role Description: We are seeking an AI Tech Lead to serve as a hands‑on technical leader for Agentic AI solutions across Proof of Concept, MVP, and Production. This role acts as one of the most senior developers on the team driving implementation quality, engineering standards, and production readiness for autonomous and human‑in‑the‑loop agent workflows. Operating within the ATS CAITI Development Team, the AI Tech Lead partners closely with the AI Solutions Architect to ensure alignment with architectural standards, patterns, and enterprise best practices, while owning day‑to‑day technical execution and engineering rigor. The AI Tech Lead is responsible for implementation patterns, reviews, release readiness, and coordination of vendor technical contributions where applicable.
