Overview ABOUT THE POSITION: VHB has an immediate need for a Director of Site Investigation & Remediation (SI&R) to lead our growing SI&R practice in New Jersey. This people-focused and market-connected leader will leverage established market connections and VHB’s talented business development team and professional service lines to successfully pursue and win business opportunities with new and existing clients throughout New Jersey. Responsibilities: - Leads and manages the success of SI&R revenue growth in New Jersey - Engages and leads technical proposal teams or a major component of a proposal team. - Develops and manages employee staffing, recruitment, selection, and training plans. - Manages, plans, develops, organizes, and implements environmental investigation and remediation projects. - Oversees and manages staff utilization and project profitability and collections. - Explores subject area, defines scope, selects areas for investigation, and develops novel concepts. - Determines client requirements and develops plans, specifications, drawings, instructions, cost estimates, reports, bid packages, and related documents. - Ensures each project complies with federal, state, a...
