What you will do: - Provide wide-ranging legal advice to EDP Group business in Portugal - Generic legal advice to regional business development and management of legal support to both the regions and platform activities based in Portugal - Assistance to the Legal & Governance CoEs in their activities with Portuguese-law aspects - Drafting and negotiating contractual documentation accessory to the Group's businesses and platforms in Portugal, including for energy supply products, energy management, partnership and joint-venture agreements, - Corporate legal advice ranging from day-to-day management to supporting internal and external restructurings, mergers, demergers, and acquisitions and disposals of assets. - Support in public procurement, administrative l...
