Summary: Ensures consistency and provides guidance for the Toxic Reduction and Control (TRAC) Department's compliance/enforcement program. Enforces the MWRA's regulations, permits, orders and other requirements and gains compliance of violators by writing, issuing, and following up on formal enforcement notices and orders, and by working cooperatively with the regulated community.
