** This is an contract to hire opportunity with one of our clients for a quality assurance tester. This role is hybrid out of their Bloomington, MN office. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.** We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tester with strong mortgage industry experience (wholesale and correspondent lending required) who can immediately contribute to test case development, regression testing, and test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a consultative mindset who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment. This role is critical in helping transition the QA function from manual testing to a more automated, scalable regression testing model, ensuring real-world mortgage scenarios are accurately validated.
