TOGETHER, WE SAVE LIVES: OVERVIEW: Provides support for all customer business requests received through phone, fax, or e-mail. Coordinates all customer contacts to insure timely and accurate handling and processing within established policies, procedures and directives RESPONSIBILITIES: ◦ Receive, document, coordinate and complete following business transactions and requests accurately and timely as defined in established policies, procedures, and current directives. ▪ Purchase Orders and related requests ▪ Returns and related requests ▪ Information requests ◦ Coordinate on-time delivery of products and services accurately and timely as defined in established policies, procedures and directives. ◦ Communicate effectively with customers, team members, peers, and managers relating to issues, progress, status and solution. ◦ Work within the Products Group team to balance responsibilities and share information. - Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with assigned accounts. - Meet all assigned responsibilities and goals. - Participate in cross-functional teams and team projects. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor of Customer Care. - Owns the customer experienc...
