Identify safety concerns and repair unsafe conditions. 2. Maintain assembly machines and equipment per established PM schedules. Suggest improvements to PM schedules (frequency and content) as applicable. 3. Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintain process uptime through troubleshooting and repairs. 4. Be actively involved in continuous improvement activities. Communicate opportunities for improvement through the appropriate channels. 5. Document issues and repairs using the appropriate systems and forms. 6. Support production equipment start-up and change-over as required. 7. Assist in new equipment commissioning and start-up. 8.
