Position Summary The Student Conservation Association (SCA) is the largest provider of hands-on environmental conservation programs for youth and adults. Program participants protect and restore national parks, marine sanctuaries, cultural landmarks, and community green spaces across the country. Location: Atlanta, GA: Schedule: June 1, 2026 - July 24, 2026 Key Duties and Responsibilities: Crew Members will learn conservation job skills; Crew Members will engage in rewarding and valuable physical work outdoors on projects including trail construction and rehabilitation, natural resource management, and park beautification projects; Crew Members will get the experience to work in National and State Parks, as well as work in multiple Atlanta Department of Parks and Recreation sites; Marginal Duties: Park Stewardship & Conservation Work: Support Park Partners at Arabia Mountain and West Atlanta Watershed Alliance with hands-on conservation efforts, including invasive species removal, litter abatement, trail maintenance, and facility upkeep to ensure safe and accessible outdoor spaces.
