Become a part of our caring community As a Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician, you will intake for all calls from patients, pharmacies and providers. You will perform basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments. You will address questions related to specific assigned area and assist with medication research. You will evaluate calls that require consultation with a pharmacist. You will make outbound calls to patients to offer medication therapy management programs and schedules medication review sessions with consultative pharmacists. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.
