The Opportunity This is a highly visible, strategic leadership role managing one of Puig’s most critical retail partnerships Sephora US & Sephora Canada, across the Byredo and Dr. Barbara Sturm (DBS) portfolios. Reporting into the Head of Beauty Specialty Accounts, this role serves as the senior commercial lead and strategic partner to Sephora, responsible for driving sell-out growth, market share, and long-term brand equity within a highly competitive prestige beauty landscape. You will own the end-to-end account strategy, leading the development of joint business plans, long-range growth strategies, and high-impact commercial initiatives, while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, E-Retail, Demand Planning, and Finance. This role requires a strong balance of strategic vision, executive presence, and operational excellence.
