Role Overview The KidStrong Camp Coach is responsible for delivering a safe, structured, and high-energy camp experience that drives kid impact, parent trust, and future revenue (conversion + retention). This role leads programming across brain, physical, and character development for kids ages 4–11 . What Great Looks Like (Hiring Standard) We hire for behavior, not just experience.
