Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager, performs a variety of maintenance, safety, and construction-related activities at agency properties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Evaluates and oversees the execution and timely completion of needed repairs at all agency properties. - Ensures the safety and appearance of all facilities by making regular visits and coordinating service. - Performs minor construction installations, repairs & general maintenance, including but not limited to, painting, basic carpentry, light plumbing and electrical work, appliance & cabinet installation, fleet vehicle oversight, property safety, agency event preparatory assistance, delivery/ relocation/disposal of agency materials - Responsible for ensuring functioning: light bulbs in fixtures, exit signs, emergency a...
