This role covers the full spectrum of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee relations to benefits administration and compliance. As a key member of the HR team, you will enjoy building strong internal relationships at all levels within Halo, and reinforcing our culture internally and externally. Key Responsibilities: - As a trusted advisor to employees and managers, you will manage performance feedback processes, provide guidance on company policies and programs, and provide day-to-day support for ~100 employees - Develop and oversee initiatives to support employee engagement and development - Work closely with CHRO and hiring managers on full-cycle recruitment, from defining needs to interviewing candidates and onboarding new hires. - Oversee all pre-employment and onboarding processes - Utilitze ADP WFN to manage HRIS, providing reporting and metrics as needed.
