Position Overview: Engineering Manager to lead a team of technical departments related to in-house plastic injection moulding (including, production engineering, maintenance technicians, and tool and die.) . Duties and Responsibilities: The Engineering Manager will lead the team by providing industry experience, as well as guidance and leadership towards the achievement of organizational objectives and targets by: Coordinating and directing projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing overall project timelines. Analyze resources, tools, material, and overall program needs to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Plan, review and manage Expense budgets Miscellaneous duties assigned by the leadership team Identify and participate in cost reduction, efficiency improvement and reduction of Non-Value -added operation projects through continuous improvement teams and other methods. Plan and direct the work of the Production Engineering team. Direct, review, and approve Capital Expenditure Projects. Manage New Model projects throughout the full cycle.
