Summary: The MWRA Maintenance Department has an opening for an internship. The Maintenance Department provides technical support in the shop or field with predictive maintenance technologies and techniques for the Deer Island Treatment Plant, one of the largest treatment plants in the United States. Posting Period: 3 /5/2026 to 3/18/2026 Location: Deer Island (Winthrop), MA Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm Key Responsibilities: - Take infrared temperature readings, and enter related data in Excel spreadsheets. - Assist with oil samples using the Fluidscan handheld monitor. - Label/tag equipment in the field; make changes or additions in the Maximo work order system. - Gather equipment asset information or inventory, for motors, gearboxes...
