RESPONSIBILITIES : Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Customer Solutions Specialist (EDI) is responsible for supporting Solve’s customers via Electronic Data Interchange, by offering thoughtful and knowledgeable solutions to satisfy their inquiries and trouble-shoot any product issues. The CSS (EDI) will be responsible for utilizing their prioritization skills, while managing high volume customer orders, in an efficient manner.
