Technician - Surveillance

Job description

Responsibilities: - Performs replacement of any failed video and surveillance equipment. - Monitors inventory levels for the surveillance department and notifies proper personnel of low stock. - Performs preventative maintenance on equipment. - Troubleshoots equipment failures. - Troubleshoots and replaces any and all related equipment without assistance. - Assists in the installation, set-up, and checkout of new equipment and other technical equipment or operations related equipment. - Observes the facility via the CCTV system when not performing maintenance duties. - Ensures proper installation and operation of all video and recording equipment. - Answers service calls and summons proper person if a repair cannot be made. - Observes all video lottery regulations and company policies and procedures. - Maintains the integrity of the operation and related equipment and secure all company assets and property at all times. - Responsible for the security of assigned keys and radio from check-in to check-out. - Responsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly. - Tags repairable parts noting appropriate information. - Provides exceptional customer se...
