Description Supporting the PKI Operations Manager overseeing task delegation and projects for PKI Registration Authority Officers (RAO) and Local Registration Authority Officers (LRA) throughout the DOE/NNSA enterprise. Responsibilities include: - Providing training per PKI policies - Supporting decisions related to RAO operations - Performing Certificate Authority (CA) functions - Managing CA updates and schedules The role requires expertise in: - Drafting policies and procedures - Handling daily operations - Creating and managing roles within the PKI Credentialing Management System (CMS) - Implementing Service Now for token lifecycle tracking Additional duties involve: A notification to prospective applicants that reviews, and tests for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR 707.4, will be conducted by the employer and a background investigation by the Federal government may be required to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and that subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
