What You Will Do: The Student Success Advisor provides holistic support and services to guide students in achieving success at NLU by creating an academic plan to lead the student to graduation. This position is the main support person for an assigned population of students during their enrollment at the institution and has primary responsibility for resolving barriers to retention and providing proactive support.
