Job Title Decorator Technician: Department: Back End: Reports to: Production Supervisor: Employment Status: Regular, Full-Time: FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Shift: 2-2-3 Location: USA – Olyphant, PA: Travel: 0-5% Position Summary: D CREW: Ensure decorator machine is operating at peak efficiency within quality specifications. Essential Functions/Key Deliverables: - Assist with operation of decorator equipment while maintaining quality standards. - Perform daily maintenance plans and audits of machines/housekeeping according to maintenance plan. - Perform and report technician-level repairs (basic technical repairs). - Trouble shoot faulty equipment and assemblies. Assist Decorator Specialist with repair of defective parts. - Perform routine quality checks at the appropriate stage of production. - Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role. Knowledge/Skills/Experience: - Vocational education a plus ( Mechanical, Technical or similar ). - Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus - 1-3 years’ experience as a Mechanic in manufacturing/industrial envir...
