Job Description Summary The RPC Production Technologies Staff Engineer demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet strategic business needs, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy in rotating parts and compressor airfoil (RPCA) commodities. This position requires cross-functional collaboration with the Rotating Parts and Compressor Airfoils Value Stream (RPCAVS) counterparts to improve the producibility, quality, and delivery. Qualified candidates for this hands-on role will identify areas of improvements to both GE processes and procedures in the areas of Engineering, supply chain quality, and manufacturing.
