Qualifications: Job Summary: The Customer Operations Coordinator is the liaison between the sales force and the customer. Responsibilities include analyzing forecast and history data to review for decision making, maintaining pricing information, process orders, resolution of customer complaints, inventory, planning and shipping. Work directly with the customer and CCL personnel to establish and maintain an efficient supply chain process that meet the customers’ expectations and agreed upon targets.
