Your Contribution: - You benefit from an 18–24 month trainee program that is tailored to your personal needs - An assignment abroad at one on our Mexico locations - Collaboration with other departments - Strong community and network - Development journey including mentoring, trainings, and internal initiatives - Coordination of concept, design, and release of components and modules within MAHLE - BOM management in SAP and coordination of packaging of products into customer vehicle environments. - Define thermal capacities and technical requirements for components and align with customer needs - Oversee product cost sensibility and sensitivity - Create and execute DVP&R - You will get to know our business areas from different perspectives, especially with a focus on strategic initiatives as well as the analysis of all relevant external and internal factors to derive product strategies and measures, covering the full product lifecycle - You are involved in international and challenging project assignments in various positions in the Product Development department.
