In- House Paralegal (Hybrid)

Blue Sky Utility is seeking an In House Paralegal. The In-House Paralegal supports the Company’s sole in-house counsel in a lean legal department by managing day-to-day legal operations and providing substantive support across renewable energy project development, real estate, contracting, financings, and corporate governance. This role is hands-on and requires a high degree of organization, independence, and practical judgment, while operating under attorney supervision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Corporate & Governance - Support entity formation, qualification, dissolution, and maintenance for project-level and holding company entities. - Prepare and organize board, member, and shareholder consents and resolutions related to project approvals, financings, and acquisitions. - Track and assist with annual filings, good standing certificates, and compliance deadlines across multiple jurisdictions. Contracts & Commercial Matters: - Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing routine project and corporate agreements, including NDAs, consulting agreements, EPC-related documents, O&M agreements, commercial leases and amendments, under attorney supervision. - Assist with legal documentation a...
