Leidos is seeking a Tax Director to lead the company’s tax planning function and support strategic business initiatives. This role reports into the corporate tax organization and plays a key part in shaping tax strategy across mergers and acquisitions, global operations, and enterprise-wide initiatives. About the Role: In this position, you will develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s effective tax rate and cash tax position. You’ll support Merger & Acquisition (M&A) activity, oversee select international tax matters, and partner across the business to ensure tax considerations are embedded in key decisions. You will work closely with teams including International Business Development, Procurement, Program Finance, Accounting, Legal, and external advisors to drive well-informed, tax-efficient outcomes.
