Job Summary: The IT Systems Administrator - Junior is responsible for supporting the IT team with their daily tasks and operational needs. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the Junior IT Systems Administrator will assist with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and general IT support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Duties and Responsibilities: - Analyze phishing emails and create cybersecurity awareness campaigns. - Review and investigate firewall and web filter logs, including managing web filter allow and disallow lists. - Oversee email security management and perform MDT application updates. - Manage virus updates, patches, and service packs, including testing, staging deployments, and documentation. - Assist with basic administration of VMware vCenter, Cisco UCM, and Unity Connection. - Troubleshoot routing, switching...
