TOGETHER, WE SAVE LIVES: Position Summary: Fabricates, wires, and tests industrial assemblies, components, and panels in compliance with UL standards while conforming to NQA-1 requirements. Provides input and insight to technical manager and project managers on level of effort related to the production of PSC control panels. Job Description: Essential Job Functions: ◦ Read and interpret engineering drawings ◦ Provides feedback on manufacturability back to engineering, including drawing redlines ◦ Fabricate, wire, and test electrical assemblies, components, and panels in accordance with UL 508A, including modifying enclosures (drilling, punching, tapping, bending, etc.), mounting components. and performing precise, labeled wiring according to drawings ◦ Verify wiring continuity and point-to-point wiring in accordance with engineering drawings ◦ Document electrical assembly, component, and panel configurations, modifications and test results - Responsible for assembling, fabricating, and wiring industrial control panels - Coordinate manufacturing and testing with other departments - Communicate with technical/project manager and directly report any and all issues in descriptive manne...
