Role Overview We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to drive customer-centric insights across digital and physical retail ecosystems. This role focuses on understanding user behaviors across e-commerce, mobile, and in-store experiences, including healthcare or pharmacy-related journeys where applicable. You will partner closely with product, design, and business teams to shape seamless omnichannel experiences and influence strategic decisions through impactful research.
