Job Description & Summary PwC’s Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory ( “ CMAA” ) team within the Broader Assurance Services (“BAS”) business unit advises clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters relating to moments of change such as the application of (new) IFRS/Dutch GAAP/US GAAP standards, GAAP conversions, IPOs, M& A or transformational projects. The work consists of both advising our non-audit clients as well as being a specialist to our audit teams on complex accounting and financial reporting matters. Currently we are expanding our team and are looking for experienced accounting professionals . This is what you'll do: As a Senior Consultant, you will work as part of a diverse team of accounting and reporting specialists, helping our clients on complex accounting and financial reporting issues that occur during moments of exceptional change driven by deals and/or capital markets transactions .
