About the Role We are seeking an analytical, collaborative, and growth-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our State Management team within Product Management. This role serves as the primary owner of North Carolina property and casualty product strategy within the high net worth personal lines market, with direct accountability for profitable growth, rate adequacy, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Product Manager may have multi-state responsibility and will lead all aspects of North Carolina product and pricing management, including navigating the North Carolina Rate Bureau (NCRB) framework, implementing circulars and filings, managing North Carolina Reinsurance Facility (NCRF) requirements, and executing strategic deviations. This role partners closely with actuarial, underwriting, legal, compliance, and business leaders to deliver competitive, compliant, and market-responsive product solutions.
