Work Schedule: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. No weekends or holidays. You will work at Junction Road Medical Center and Eastpark Medical Center. UW Health specialists in rheumatology provide a multidisciplinary team approach to managing rheumatic and immunological diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Outpatient Rheumatology to: - Provide new patient visits, follow-up visits, and coordinate care for adult rheumatology patients in an outpatient setting. - Perform routine clinical procedures independently as outlined in practice agreements/scope of practice including, but not limited to, the following: intraarticular or intrabursal injections. - Work collaboratively within a team of rheumatology physicians and other advanced practice providers.
