The primary responsibility of the Patient Access Intake Coordinator is to provide exceptional customer service while performing all assigned duties, essential and non-essential. Key job functions include but are not limited to: Entering all referral types into EHR (and other systems as required), assigning referrals to Scheduling queues, completing Medicaid/MCO insurance verification, and entering into EHR for referrals entered.
