Overview: As a Recruiting Coordinator for Staff Management, you will be responsible for the support of recruiting activities. Areas of support include: assisting the recruitment team, conducting some associate interviews, and performing other administrative duties as assigned. Location: Bethlehem, PA: Essential Job Functions: - Answering and redirecting phone calls - Filter candidates for recruiting - Schedule/Conducting interviews - Welcoming visitors and clients - Maintaining associate files (filling) - Follow up on I-9 and Supporting documents tickets - Maintaining a timekeeping system (clearing Synerion exceptions) - Conducting onboarding orientations (as per Recruiter request) - Take associate attendance (Stafftrack) Experience: Salary Range: $19.69 - $24.61 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
