Job Purpose: BTIG is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join the TMT team in our New York or San Francisco office. Associates are involved in all facets of BTIG's investment banking activities, including private and public offerings, M&A transactions, and other advisory services. The ideal candidate is a first or second year associate who demonstrates the potential to take on a significant role in deal execution by providing day-to-day support to senior bankers and clients while also providing professional guidance to junior team members.
