Job description

The Account Manager is a seasoned C ommercial insurance professional with deep technical knowledge across all commercial products. They independently manage a book of business as the lead client advisor, owning the client relationship end-to-end and delivering accurate coverage, exceptional service and operational excellence aligned with HUB's standards. This is an in-office role. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary advisor on an assigned book of business, owning the client relationship, servicing accounts, and writing new business; partner with Account Executives on supported accounts and may be supported by an insurance advisor - Deliver exceptional client service across the full book in alignment with HUB's service standards - Participate in formal account reviews and Critical Path meetings - Gather client data, build submissions in PolicyWorks or EPIC and prepare comprehensive rate comparisons - Identify coverage gaps, negotiate rates and terms with underwriters and present terms to the client or to the Account Executive - Bind coverage and issue cover notes - Prepare and process all account documentation in accordance with HUB workflows, including: - Certificates of Insur...
