Position Overview The Quality Assurance Manager plays a critical role in the company’s order fulfillment process by leading quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center. This role is responsible for managing the QA team, enforcing quality standards, and ensuring consistent execution across operations. The position focuses on identifying process gaps, reducing defects, and driving corrective actions while partnering closely with Operations. The Quality Assurance Manager also owns audit processes, document control, and quality metrics, ensuring alignment with product specifications and operational requirements. Supervisory responsibilities: - This position will directly supervise the Quality Assurance team, including specialists and team members.
